Message	gets their money back from him, which, if as you say he has financial and mental problems may be a long time coming. If he doesn't refund your money the CC Co. can threaten him by pulling his CC transaction capabilities. But if he's in as bad of shape as you say, he won't give a crap and just sring them along for as long as he can. Eventually, the CC Co. will write it off as a loss and then credit your account for the amount billed and waive any interest accumulated for that balance. Could take months. Good luck! BTW, where in Oregon are you moving to? I also am a CNC machinist.
